Interim Management is already well established in many countries. Through an independent view, we work unbiased and very result oriented. During our assignment, we form part however of the management of your organisation and hence bear accountability for the end result - it’s not just a hands-off advice! For our Interim Management assignments, we aim for 6 to 18 month periods of full-time cooperation. Building on our standard terms, we will develop a proposal considering the length and type of assignment, the location and any extra requirements that need to be catered for.
