When you already have identified a project (inclusive those that involve organisational change), yet you don’t have the internal resources available to execute the project quick enough, we can manage this project for you. Our international project, program and general management experience is then available to complete your project on time and within budget.

For our Project Management assignments, we typically aim for projects spanning 2 to 6 months and this on a parttime or fulltime basis. Building on our standard terms, we will develop a proposal considering the length and type of assignment, the location and any extra requirements that need to be catered for.
